Dates bar with goji Berry and sunflower seeds

Ingredients

5 servings

1. 3 Ripe date big size
2. 2 tbspn white sesame seeds -
3. 2 tbspn Roasted peanut -
4. 1 tbspn sunflower seeds
5. 2 tsp Goji berries
6. 3 tbspn dry coconut

Steps

1. Remove the seed from dates, crush the peanuts, and add ingredients in a plate mix it well and prepare small balls
2. Very healthy bar. When we are hungry we can eat this ball to satiate our hunger pangs.
