4. Low Blood Pressure

It's not recommended for those who are taking prescription blood thinners, are scheduled surgery or our aspiring regime, because it might lead to bleeding and thus might carry other negative effect on the person's health because of chia seed's high source of  omega 3 fatty acids, they can actually cause your blood to thin out. It could also cause your blood pressure to lower drastically if you already deal with that health issue. If you already have low blood pressure or you are taking prescribed blood thinner make sure to proceed with caution and ask your doctor if your Chia seed intake its OK.
